Digital Product Studio
We built HotelRiser, DavetEvet and DriveApp from the design down to the server. The same team builds your product, makes it fast, and makes it findable.
What We Do
We built our own products — HotelRiser, DavetEvet, DriveApp. The same team builds, ships and grows yours.
01 We build
From a corporate site to e-commerce, from one page to a platform of your own.
From idea to store release — and we stay on for the maintenance.
We do not guess why a page is slow. We measure it and find out.
An assistant that answers from your data instead of inventing.
02 We grow
We make sure Google can find your site, open it and understand it.
Campaigns built to convert, not merely to spend.
We grow what we can measure — and promise nothing we cannot.
We also run exhibitions, launches and trade-show stands — in partnership with D4D Exhibits.

Tell Us About Your ProjectTestimonials
In the words of the brands we work with.
If you are looking for a developer who knows their craft, is solution-focused and dependable, Bilgin Kılıç is who I would name. We were delighted with the care and professionalism he brought to the design and build of our website. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone on this path.

For years my dream was to have a website of my own, one that held my artwork. This site — where my process so far and my pieces sit together — came to life thanks to Bilgin Kılıç. I think his curiosity about art, and the way he approaches it, made the difference while this page for my paintings was being designed.
While we were building the GongRoom website, what mattered most to me was not a site that merely looked good, but one that carried the spirit of the brand and the feeling I wanted to give. Bilgin understood that very well. He turned the ideas in my head into a simple, elegant and functional design, and contributed a great deal from his own experience along the way. He communicates quickly, focuses on solutions and has a real command of the details. What came out is a site I am genuinely happy with, one that I think reflects GongRoom exactly. Thank you, Bilgin.
Case Studies
Three projects, three sectors. In each one we asked the same question: what is actually stuck here?

We made a slow WooCommerce gallery fast by measuring, not guessing.

Measured with Cloudflare Observatory (me-west1) and server profiling, 3 September 2026. Same page, same method, before and after.
01 The problem
The cart page took 2.9 seconds to open, and visitors arriving from ads got the worst of it, because tagged URLs like ?gclid skipped the cache entirely. It would have been easy to shrug and blame WordPress.
02 What we did
We profiled first. The database was not the culprit (21 queries, 14 ms); PHP was recompiling 3,240 files on every request — OPcache had never been configured on the server and, once full, had silently switched itself off. We tuned it. Then we let ad parameters read from cache, resized product images to the size they are actually displayed at, dequeued CSS/JS the page never uses, cut 17 plugins down to 12, and repaired a broken sitemap.
03 The outcome
The measured gains are below. We tried the mobile score too: preloading the hero image changed nothing (LCP 12.21 s → 12.31 s), because the bottleneck was theme JavaScript, not the image — so we measured it and rolled it back. What is left on mobile sits in the theme, and the honest answer is that it is a design decision, not a code one.
Client · Arts & Culture Centre
An assistant that answers from the venue’s own data instead of inventing.
01 The problem
Inspera Bodrum is a layered place: three stages, an academy and workshops, two restaurants, an art gallery, a bookshop and a design store. Visitors ask simple questions — “what is on this week”, “what age is the children’s workshop”, “how do I book” — but the answers were scattered across the site.
02 What we did
In partnership with SWORD BROS we built SB.AI Chat. The assistant holds a free-text conversation, but grounds every answer in the venue’s own data: the events programme, the workshop calendar, location and travel details. Ready prompts — upcoming events, workshop programme, address, booking — make the first move easy; the rest runs in natural language. Booking requests come through the same window.
03 The outcome
Visitors ask and get an answer, without hunting through pages or picking up the phone. Accuracy is the point: because answers are produced from the venue’s data, times and programmes are not invented. The familiar chatbot failure — a polite wrong answer — is closed off by fixing the source.
Hotel Technology
We merged the hotel website, the booking engine and the PMS into one panel.
01 The problem
Hotels were selling rooms through OTAs and paying commission on every booking. The website lived in one place, the booking engine in another, room inventory in a third — prices entered three times, and one missed update meant an overbooking.
02 What we did
We brought all three into a single platform. Inventory has one source of truth: sell a room and the site, the engine and the panel update together. Each hotel runs on its own domain, with SSL, sitemap and technical SEO set up out of the box, so the hotel brand stops hiding behind the OTA.
03 The outcome
The hotel takes direct, commission-free bookings. Price and availability match at every touchpoint, and double-selling is closed off. Campaigns and loyalty run from the same panel.
Wedding Technology
Invitations, RSVPs and wedding memories, gathered in one place.
01 The problem
The invitation sat in WhatsApp, the "we're coming" replies were scattered across chats, and the photos ended up in five separate albums. A week before the day, the couple still did not know the headcount.
02 What we did
We combined the digital invitation, RSVP tracking and a shared photo gallery in one app. Photographer and guests upload to the same gallery; face recognition hands each guest their own photos, built to Turkey's KVKK privacy rules. The invitation link is tuned to open instantly on a phone.
03 The outcome
The couple sends from one place and watches the guest list fill in live. After the wedding the photos do not scatter — they stay in one shareable album.
Enterprise / Fleet
We moved driver dispatch off paper and onto a live board.
01 The problem
Jobs went out to company drivers by phone call and WhatsApp. Two jobs would land on the same driver at the same hour, and "has the driver left yet?" could only be answered by ringing them.
02 What we did
We built a mobile app for drivers and a live board for HR and executive assistants. When a job is assigned the system checks both the driver's and the vehicle's calendar, and the server rejects a clashing assignment outright. Drivers advance the job state with one tap and the board updates instantly. Every step is written to an audit trail with who and when, and the driver's job list opens on the phone even with no connection.
03 The outcome
Clashing assignments are blocked by the system. Where a job stands is visible without a phone call, and the audit trail answers questions about what happened.
How We Work
We study your goals and competitors.
We build a prioritized roadmap.
We design and build, with weekly progress updates.
We report results and move forward with data.
About Us
The people who build your product, configure its server and run its ads are the same people. You will never hear “that is not our side of it”.
We measure first and touch afterwards. A change with no measurable gain gets reverted — we wrote up exactly that in our own case study.
FAQ
The questions we get most before a quote. If yours isn't here, write to us — we reply within a day.
Corporate brochure sites usually take 2–4 weeks; e-commerce projects 4–8 weeks. It depends on page count, content readiness and integrations. You get a firm timeline right after the discovery call.
Technical fixes start showing within 2–4 weeks; durable gains in rankings and organic traffic typically take 3–6 months. We report what we did and what moved every month.
It depends on your sector and competition. We suggest starting small and scaling with the data. Ad spend is paid directly to Google; our management fee is separate.
Yes. Website only, SEO only or ads only all work. Monthly packages are there for clients who want the whole thing managed end to end.
Usually not. We audit first and check whether we can make the current site faster, close its SEO gaps and lift conversion. If a rebuild really is the better call, we explain exactly why.
Yes. Maintenance, updates, backups and monitoring after go-live — either as a separate monthly package or inside your existing one.
After the discovery call we put scope, timeline and price in writing. Project work is billed in two instalments (kick-off and delivery); monthly work is invoiced at the start of each month.
Yes. We work remotely with clients and partners in Turkey, the UK and elsewhere. We can work in Turkish or English.
