SB.AI Chat: an AI assistant that answers from your own business data

SB.AI Chat is the AI-powered smart assistant running live at insperabodrum.com. We built it in partnership with SWORD BROS. Below is what it does, how it differs from an ordinary chat bot, and how it gets installed for a business.

What is SB.AI Chat?

SB.AI Chat sits on a business’s website, takes a visitor’s question in free text and produces the answer from that business’s own data. It is a conversation rather than a menu: the visitor does not need to know what to ask.

The first live installation was at Inspera Bodrum, a many-layered cultural centre — three stages, an academy and workshops, two restaurants, an art gallery, a bookshop and a design store. Visitors’ questions were simple; the trouble was that the answers sat scattered across different corners of the site.

How is it different from an ordinary chat bot?

There are two extremes on the market. Rule-based bots offer pre-written buttons and, the moment you step outside them, hand you to a human. General-purpose language models talk fluently but, not knowing the venue’s schedule, can produce plausible-looking wrong answers.

What we did at Inspera Bodrum

We connected the assistant to the venue’s own data: the events programme, the workshop calendar, venue and travel information. Visitors ask “what’s on this week”, “what age is the children’s workshop for”, “how do I book” — and the answer arrives in one window.

  • Starter prompts: upcoming events, workshop programme, address, booking — they make the first move easy, then it continues in natural language.
  • Booking requests: taken in the same chat window, so nobody goes hunting for a form.
  • Pinned sources: programme and timing come from the venue’s data, not from the model’s memory.

The result: visitors ask and get an answer. They do not wander between pages or pick up the phone. On the business side, what people actually ask becomes visible — the questions tell you which information is missing from the site.

Which businesses is it for?

SB.AI Chat earns its place where information is scattered and changes often. On a one-page brochure site it is unnecessary; in these cases the difference shows immediately:

  • Cultural centres, stages, galleries — the programme changes constantly.
  • Hotels and accommodation — rooms, amenities, travel and booking questions repeat.
  • Restaurants and venues — menu, hours, reservations.
  • Courses, academies, workshops — age groups, calendar, fees.
  • Service and support — anywhere the same fifteen questions keep coming.

How does the setup go?

  1. Mapping the data: where each piece of information lives, what is updated by hand and what comes from a system.
  2. Connecting sources: defining the data the assistant will answer from.
  3. Drawing boundaries: deciding what it answers and what it does when it does not know. Not knowing beats making it up.
  4. Interface: starter prompts, the chat window and the request form go onto the site.
  5. Launch and review: once live, we read the incoming questions and add whatever is missing to the source.

You do not need to rebuild your site — the assistant is added to the site you have.

Frequently asked questions

What is SB.AI Chat?

It is an AI-powered smart chat bot added to a business’s website that answers visitors’ free-text questions from that business’s own data. It was built by ChemiArtClick in partnership with SWORD BROS.

Where can I see SB.AI Chat live?

It runs on Inspera Bodrum’s website at insperabodrum.com.

Can the chat bot give wrong information?

In SB.AI Chat the answer comes from the business’s own data; programme and timing are not generated from the model’s general knowledge. Pinning the source is the core design decision, made precisely to remove the “fluent but wrong” risk seen in general-purpose language models.

Can I have one for my own business?

Yes. It is added without rebuilding your existing website. We start by talking through where your information lives — just write to us through the contact form.

Which languages does it work in?

Because the assistant runs on a language model it can reply in the language the visitor writes in; the coverage depends on which languages the connected data sources are available in.

In short

SB.AI Chat’s claim is not “a smarter bot” but an assistant that answers correctly. It talks in free text yet does not invent, because the answer comes from the business’s own data. You can see it live at Inspera Bodrum, and ask for the same for your own business.
